How does this work?
It takes a time or two maybe but there is a method to the madness.
All you want to do is:
-Locate a delicious looking item. Hit ADD. Pick the first available time that can work for you today or tomorrow if your preference today is booked.
-Make an order up to 10 items (orders bigger are welcomed with further coordination, preferably text that you have such an inquiry)
There is no order minimum.
Make them as complete and and innovative as you like. Then go through the CHECKOUT.
DO NOT EDIT AN ITEM IN THE CART ALREADY JUST DELETE IT AND START OVER. IT ENDS UP CLEARING THE OPTIONS WHEN YOU HIT UPDATE
MAKE SURE THE EMAIL YOU RECEIVED HAS THE ITEMS LIKE YOU INTENDED THERE ARE DEFAULT OPTIONS I WILL USE IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIC.
-Wait for text confirming your order and the good stuff should be on its way shortly. If you put a NON cellular number I cannot guarantee your spot, or the arrival time. It is highly recommended that you make sure your cellular number is entered correctly or else this does not work. Whole Hog is 100% based on real time communication.
Are you really available all night?
The time has come to move again to more of a structured hours setup. Due to how 2020 shaped up I had to make adjustments to the business constantly and I now need to have a couple hours to get some rest. I will still offer to do deliveries outside the hours posted. I just need more advanced notice. I am very grateful to those who ordered in the past, and I am very sorry I cant be there each night going forward
How do I place a pick up order?
Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I can no longer offer pickup orders. There is no way for pickup to integrate after several attempts to find a way to make it happen. Whole Hog’s main priority is to deliver Whole Hog Breakfast Sabdwiches to our customer with a reasonable cost at the end of the day. I will revisit a way to offer a destination arrangement down the road. I do sincerely apologize but I have run out of ways to make it work.
Can I pay with my card?
Since orders are often times booked in the future, it is my preference that I have you pay at the time of food delivery/pickup. I bring a card reader to make the payment easy once I arrive. Either payment form is gratefully accepted.
Can I just text, or call in an order?
I do hope to work with everyone enough to make this as smooth and error free as possible. The site is really more about booking a time, and seeing all the options so you get your items exactly how you want them. I want to be available as much as possible and this allows me the most streamlined arrangement to get as far and wide to folks as possible. There are many ways to serve the wonderful folks out there. This is just the method that works best for Whole Hog.
What Happened to my favorite item _______?
The menu has grown way beyond where I imagined when I first opened. The current health crisis has made it even harder to get every day items like napkins, let alone some of the big meat items. Part of the fun is that the menu will grow and change and evolve. Maybe weekly, daily, or even monthly, but sometimes the menu items may have to go away for a little while. Silver lining is sometimes I’ll bring them back too, so you have to always be checking the menu to see if your favorite item is there.
Gluten Free/ Fresh Produce?
If you would like to skip the Bread I can help you. Just note in any item that you would like an EGG WRAP. For NON Egg Items I can probably suggest something on a case by case basis just please reach out by text. The Produce does not fit in our model at this time.
Why can’t I get a time booked for so long?
There can be a couple reasons I may be not able to take new orders in the immediate blocks. Usually it’s because I have responsibilities to my kiddos. Other times it is because I have large orders planned and it takes time before and after to make that happen. Please text if you feel like you are always missing out and I will figure out a way to work with you. I also have to sleep sometime obviously but I only do that when orders are slow and I would otherwise not be on my A game for your order. Right now the Mornings are the busiest time so I’m definitely “available” more when people are booking up ahead. Please know that I would love to help everyone, everytime. This system allows me to be around my kids and make a living, and truly enjoy what I’m doing. I’m always trying to become more efficient so I can have more time to help more good people 🙏
